DevOps Engineer (CI/CD)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; onsite role with a hybrid working model

What you will do

• Build reusable GitLab CI/CD components and pipelines for engineering teams.
• Build and operate highly available platform services and engineering infrastructure across Proxmox and Kubernetes.
• Maintain services including AWX, HashiCorp Vault, and Terraform-based infrastructure.
• Operate reliable, efficient, and secure runner infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying software.
• Create documentation explaining platform architecture, decisions, and usage.
• Build automated tests and validation for safe platform upgrades and changes.

Requirements

• Strong Linux fundamentals, especially Debian-based systems and APT.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and experience designing and maintaining pipelines; GitLab CI/CD experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with containers, Bash, Ansible, Kubernetes, and observability stacks such as LGTM.
• Experience designing tooling, pipelines, or infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams.
• Experience operating and evolving production systems.
• Excellent English communication skills; CV submission in English is required.

Nice to have

• Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, DHCP, and firewalling.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Developer experience initiatives, personal projects, open-source contributions, or homelabs.
