Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Own the full payroll cycle, including provider coordination and employee support.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including local audits and tax filings for the UK entity.
• Perform US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Maintain and optimize transactional flows within the global ERP system.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and FP&A departments on financial implications of business initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater London Area
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting laws, and regulations.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage detailed financial tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite with multibook enabled.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
