What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 30+ programmatic partners.
• Onboard new partners and provide technical support for integrations.
• Monitor KPIs, fraud, and discrepancies to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Provide monthly business reports on portfolio evolution and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain daily communication with partners to discuss business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising (media buying, publishing, or programmatic).
• Russian language proficiency is a must; fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of the Adexchange ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and Open RTB.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with oRTB/XML protocols.
