What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and domain leads to improve system build and operation processes.
• Develop and maintain the Unified Maturity Table to define technical parameters and KPIs for domain readiness.
• Refine internal AI agents by auditing performance and measuring accuracy against human expert interventions.
• Analyze support ticket patterns using cluster analysis to design and implement automated resolution workflows.
• Facilitate cross-domain syncs and design meetings to drive the department's operating system.
• Transform static maturity reports into dynamic, actionable dashboards with trend analysis.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, SRE, or Solutions Engineer.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL or Python.
• Proven track record of automating manual, friction-heavy processes into scalable engineering solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and auditing AI model outputs.
• Ability to translate technical friction into a prioritized roadmap for senior leadership.
• Must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
