is hiring a PMO Manager to lead PMO strategy, governance, and delivery performance.
What you will do
- Develop and implement PMO strategy, governance frameworks, risk management practices, and operational controls.
- Lead programme and project portfolio management by establishing PMO structures and monitoring performance to support informed decision-making.
- Set up and maintain planning, resource management, methodologies, tools, and review processes to improve delivery capability and resource utilisation.
- Consolidate, analyse, and communicate portfolio performance, risks, milestones, and business impacts to stakeholders and executives.
- Lead and develop PMO personnel through performance management, capability development, succession planning, workforce optimisation, and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum formal Project Management training; preferably a formal technical qualification.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; quality management training advantageous.
- 10β15 years of line management, operational management, customer/stakeholder management, and team leadership experience.
- Experience in business process design, implementation, and roll-out.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, planning, project techniques/tools, and risk management processes.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile project/programme management methodologies.
