hirify.global is hiring a PMO Manager to lead PMO strategy, governance, and delivery performance.

What you will do

• Develop and implement PMO strategy, governance frameworks, risk management practices, and operational controls.
• Lead programme and project portfolio management by establishing PMO structures and monitoring performance to support informed decision-making.
• Set up and maintain planning, resource management, methodologies, tools, and review processes to improve delivery capability and resource utilisation.
• Consolidate, analyse, and communicate portfolio performance, risks, milestones, and business impacts to stakeholders and executives.
• Lead and develop PMO personnel through performance management, capability development, succession planning, workforce optimisation, and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum formal Project Management training; preferably a formal technical qualification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; quality management training advantageous.
• 10–15 years of line management, operational management, customer/stakeholder management, and team leadership experience.
• Experience in business process design, implementation, and roll-out.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, planning, project techniques/tools, and risk management processes.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile project/programme management methodologies.
