What you will do

• Lead the setup and operational management of test facilities in the UAE.
• Implement AIT processes and manage the assembly, integration, and testing of lunar landers.
• Define budgets for personnel and resources required for delivery.
• Interface with design and program teams to optimize for lean integration and test processes.
• Write AIT plans, define procedures, and resolve anomalies during integration.
• Lead the design and procurement of specific Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and COTS tools.

Requirements

• Advanced engineering degree (Master or PhD).
• 10+ years of experience in the aerospace sector, focusing on late-stage projects.
• 10+ years of experience in AIT of aerospace vehicles.
• Proven experience in setting up AIT facilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and technical challenges.
