What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term brand DNA strategy and positioning.
• Develop brand narratives and messaging architecture for campaigns and always-on activity.
• Translate consumer and cultural insights into clear implications for brand communications.
• Guide creative teams on tone of voice, expression, and visual identity.
• Partner with product, design, and commercial teams to embed brand strategy across the business.
• Define and track brand KPIs including salience, relevance, and distinctiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or marketing strategy.
• Strong ability to translate consumer and cultural insights into clear brand direction.
• Experience developing brand positioning, narratives, and campaign strategies.
• Demonstrated success working closely with creative teams and agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
• Cultural awareness with a deep understanding of fashion, youth culture, and trends.
