What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns, defining channel mix and messaging.
  • Write and fulfill creative briefs, ensuring brand consistency across TV, OOH, and digital channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, media planning, and performance reporting to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with OEM partners to support GTM plans for services like EV charging and heat pumps.
  • Navigate regulatory landscapes to ensure all marketing communications are compliant with advertising laws.
  • Use data-driven insights to pivot strategies and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of deploying Through-the-Line (TTL) campaigns with measurable impact on sales.
  • Experience in the OEM industry is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make high-stakes decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be based in London with the ability to travel to other sites as required.
