HR Process, Technology & AI Transformation Business Analyst (AI/SAP SuccessFactors): Redesigning HR programs by moving from legacy processes to intelligent, AI-enabled workflows with an accent on translating business intent into scalable solution designs. Location: Onsite in Bloomington, MN or Longmont, CO. Not eligible for sponsorship.
Salary: $105,600 - $154,000

What you will do
- Partner with HR program owners to reimagine end-to-end processes, leveraging AI and automation within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Translate business problems into clear AI and automation use cases, including success criteria and adoption requirements.
- Serve as the business lead for HR initiatives utilizing Employee Central, Talent modules, and the Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Convert business needs into structured functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation for IT and vendors.
- Define requirements to ensure HR data, skills structures, and job architecture are AI-ready and governed.
- Develop process narratives and decision materials to facilitate change adoption for HR leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, HR Program Analyst, or HR Transformation Analyst.
- Strong understanding of HR programs including Talent, Performance, and Workforce Planning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a functional or business capacity.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear process and system requirements.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN or Longmont, CO.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Exposure to SAP Joule, Skills Intelligence Hub, or similar embedded AI tools.
- Familiarity with skills-based talent approaches and HR data governance.
- Change management experience specifically within technology-enabled HR transformation.
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
