Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; priority locations include San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Denver, Miami, and New York)

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define critical business problems and identify the specific decisions that analysis should inform.
• Develop key metrics, build comprehensive reports, and design experiments to drive growth in core business units.
• Surface actionable data insights and provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Own the analytical function end-to-end, from identifying the problem to driving the final business outcome.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the strategic direction of the company's expansion into new verticals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB), investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive them to a tangible business result.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub.
