Market Development Manager Switzerland (all genders)

What you will do

• Further develop the Swiss market and lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects.
• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing initiatives and generate local leads for the marketplace model.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, logistics, customer service, and other departments.
• Identify and implement measures to improve the customer experience.
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders.
• Monitor local performance and store KPIs while supporting content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion.
• Excellent analytical skills, business sense, and a structured, independent, solution-oriented working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
