What you will do

• Define and shape strategy, performance metrics, and dashboards for in-field operations.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to improve KPIs like repair efficiency, backlog, and uptime.
• Manage 3PL relationships from sourcing to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Lead PMO-type operations projects to ensure successful execution.
• Support Fleet and Site Managers while acting as a bridge between central and local teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and revenue in the region.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and either Swedish or Norwegian.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy within consulting or a hyper-growth startup.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Proven experience leading projects and implementing improvements with multiple stakeholders.
