What you will do

• Design, implement, and refine Warehousing processes with a strong focus on global harmonization.
• Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Act as the "guardian of standard" by applying Design Authority principles in every solution.
• Collaborate with process teams, value streams, and business stakeholders to understand and meet requirements.
• Develop and manage all supporting documentation and ensure processes are modeled correctly via BPM.
• Monitor IT vendor pipelines and external logistics trends to leverage innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong professional expertise in Logistics, specifically Warehousing.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must be based within the European time zone.
• Flexibility for up to 20% international travel.
