What you will do

• Oversee the full-cycle planning and progress tracking of new toy products from project initiation to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, and Production to break down material requirements and issue production schedules.
• Monitor raw material supply status and provide early warnings for potential shortages.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply chain anomalies and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze production and sales data to optimize inventory structure and improve launch efficiency.
• Follow up on trial production and verification processes to drive issue closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product planning or PMC-related roles.
• Familiarity with toy industry production processes and raw material characteristics.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong coordination, stress-management, and data-analysis skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
