Production Control Specialist

What you will do

• Verify daily inventory, identify discrepancies, and implement resolution countermeasures.
• Calculate production requirements and confirm order quantities to achieve zero-loss delivery.
• Coordinate with PTL/QTL to manage production constraints and equipment sequencing.
• Develop shift production plans and identify methods to reduce production changeovers.
• Monitor schedule for clearing yarn specifications and semi-finished WIP inventory.
• Analyze production constraints and compile daily ILD achievement data for root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning within the tire manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience operating MES systems.
• English proficiency: CET-4 level required.
• Familiarity with tire products, manufacturing processes, and procedural knowledge.
• Proficiency in production planning and material control operational processes.
• Strong data statistics, capacity analysis, and problem-solving skills.
