What you will do

• Conduct mold debug and trial processes to ensure production quality.
• Evaluate molding materials, technical processes, and color formulations.
• Collaborate with project engineers to perform comprehensive product and tool debugging.
• Continuously optimize technical processes to achieve higher operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain mold designs and the internal documentation library.

Requirements

• University degree or above, preferably majoring in mold design or mechanical manufacturing.
• 2+ years of related experience with extensive knowledge of mold release, debugging, and plastic processing characteristics.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Pro-e, and MS Office software.
• Good English proficiency in writing and reading.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dongguan, Guangdong.

• Prior experience in leading a mold development team.
