What you will do

• Create new designs and resolve issues related to manufacturing or building sequences.
• Ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness for new products.
• Adopt new technologies and processes, including automation and robotics, to improve efficiency.
• Plan and improve engineering procedures to enhance product reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to deliver design solutions.
• Execute product testing strategies to ensure quality at all manufacturing stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or NVH Engineering required.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Tianjin, China.
• Knowledge of engineering design, tooling, and machinery.
• Experience with product testing approaches and defect-tracking reports.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills for technical problems.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
