What you will do
- Shortlist venues, select options, and negotiate rates within the agreed budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for venue liaison before, during, and after events.
- Manage external suppliers (e.g., AV, entertainment, offsite dinners) and coordinate sponsor branding deliverables.
- Organize speaker and staff travel, manage the onsite rota, and run team briefings.
- Support commercial planning by contributing to the cost of sales budget and coordinating supplier payments with finance.
- Collate onsite staff expenses and support OpenRoom App input and website development with the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 1+ years of work experience.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Highly organized with solid negotiation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced events environment.
- Based full-time in the Hammersmith office.
