What you will do

  • Shortlist venues, select options, and negotiate rates within the agreed budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for venue liaison before, during, and after events.
  • Manage external suppliers (e.g., AV, entertainment, offsite dinners) and coordinate sponsor branding deliverables.
  • Organize speaker and staff travel, manage the onsite rota, and run team briefings.
  • Support commercial planning by contributing to the cost of sales budget and coordinating supplier payments with finance.
  • Collate onsite staff expenses and support OpenRoom App input and website development with the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1+ years of work experience.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Highly organized with solid negotiation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced events environment.
  • Based full-time in the Hammersmith office.
