What you will do

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for various robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.
• Build and test robotic AI solutions within simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Blender) and on physical hardware.
• Develop state-of-the-art AI models, including foundation models, reinforcement learning, and imitation learning pipelines.
• Integrate robots with cloud services and design automated systems to increase production precision.
• Conduct research on the latest trends and modern approaches in the robotics AI domain.
• Collaborate with international clients to influence system architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• MSc degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with robotics simulation tools (Isaac Sim, Blender, Bullet, Genesis) and frameworks like ROS/ROS2.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and GPU-accelerated computing for computer vision tasks.
• Solid knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
