Salary: zł215,740 - zł491,900 per year

What you will do

• Deliver optimized AI solutions and Best Known Configurations (BKC) for strategic customers.
• Prototype AI software, open-source libraries, and models based on emerging technical trends.
• Modify AI models and parameters via quantization to enhance customer performance.
• Collaborate with framework engineers to optimize end-to-end AI models for hirify.global hardware features.
• Act as a technical advisor for strategic customers and drive key workloads into product requirements.
• Lead application pre-enabling and product hardening for future AI domains.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Gdansk, Poland.
• 2+ years of experience in software optimization using Python to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• 1+ years of experience with PyTorch, Transformers, and LLM architecture.
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes or RedHat OpenShift.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with model serving tools such as vLLM or Sglang.
• Knowledge of virtualization and Linux containers.
• Understanding of effective hardware memory utilization.
