AI Architect

TL;DR

AI Architect (AI/ML): Designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions and data architectures with an accent on scalable ML pipelines, data lake integration, and MLOps. Focus on executing AI strategy, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to work from the office in Gdynia, Poland 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain AI architecture frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Design a data strategy including data lakes and structures to support AI algorithms.
• Implement machine learning pipelines, data ingestion, and model deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate AI use cases into technical solutions.
• Ensure all AI systems adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Expertise in data engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven track record of implementing AI architecture in enterprise settings for operations, sales, or finance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with MCP interfaces and AI agents.
