Senior AI Engineer

TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (AI/ML): Developing and deploying ML and GenAI-driven features for a global live-streaming platform with an accent on model lifecycle management and production performance. Focus on end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, from scoping and architectural design to model monitoring and continuous integration.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland. On-site position (4 days office, 1 day work-from-home).

What you will do

• Own ML/AI scoping for new product initiatives, including feasibility assessments and technical approach proposals.
• Design, develop, and validate ML models and GenAI-based solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Deliver production-ready model services, including APIs and data pipelines.
• Collaborate on deployment strategies, A/B testing, and infrastructure planning.
• Establish and maintain production monitoring systems, including drift detection and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Strong background in ML model selection, feature engineering, and validation.
• Practical experience with GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem including PyTorch, HuggingFace, and data processing libraries.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex aggregations and query optimization.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production with a strong focus on quality and health metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland, 4 days per week.
