What you will do

• Lead the design and development of backend systems, primarily in APL and moving toward C#/.NET.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor and guide engineers through technical planning and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and engineering peers to deliver maintainable, high-impact functionality.
• Improve code quality and reliability using unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and critical bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience in C#/.NET (Core/Framework) for building backend systems, APIs, and services.
• Proficiency with Git, REST/streaming APIs, and messaging concepts.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Willingness to learn and work with APL (A Programming Language).

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to functional or vector-based programming languages.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role.
