What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain Bluetooth / Bluetooth Mesh protocol and related specification features.
• Review code contributions from internal peers and external open-source contributors.
• Resolve complex customer issues and participate in technical workshops.
• Collaborate in an agile Scrum team to deliver rock-solid wireless solutions.
• Participate in specification reviews and Bluetooth working group meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in C and Python for daily development.
• Experience with wireless or wired networking stacks (Bluetooth, WiFi, Cellular IoT).
• Experience using Git or Bitbucket.
• English: C1 (Excellent communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in Trondheim, Norway.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nordic’s nRF Connect SDK ecosystem.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows.
