Salary: $101,500 - $188,500 USD

What you will do

• Support customers with BLE technology, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, and Dynamic Multiprotocol solutions
• Collaborate with software engineering and marketing on product evaluations and new product definitions
• Lead applications team in creating technical collateral like application notes, code samples, and training materials during product launches
• Prioritize support tasks with marketing and field teams
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and direct supervision to global team members
• Deliver hands-on technical leadership and training for applications engineers and sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 4+ years experience
• Strong embedded C programming skills
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Python
• Experience with Linux OS (BlueZ), Zephyr or other RTOS
• Experience in Agile processes and DevOps workflows
• Basic understanding of wireless technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee)
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple time zones
