What you will do

• Drive all technical aspects of customer qualification engagements.
• Replicate, analyze, and develop solutions for customer issues in coordination with internal engineering teams.
• Run tests in customer environments to validate drive and system compatibility.
• Create and present technical information to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools as a thought partner to improve productivity, documentation, and decision-making.
• Coordinate across various organizations to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science/analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience testing and resolving concurrent, complex technical issues.
• Experience in project management and tracking.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to build trust with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support worldwide customers and factories.

Nice to have

• Experience with SATA, SAS, and NVMe interfaces and bus analyzers.
• Programming and engineering design experience.
• Storage system level experience and knowledge of quality methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with external customers or suppliers.
