What you will do

• Maintain and support advanced wafer fabrication processes during off-shift hours.
• Perform hands-on wafer inspection, troubleshooting, and resolution of process issues on the factory floor.
• Investigate root causes of process failures and coordinate experiments to improve yields.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to optimize wafer flows and reduce scrap.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to ensure production continuity.
• Analyze process data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Must be available to work a 10-hour off-shift schedule (Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM).
• Must be able to work on-site in a cleanroom and laboratory environment in Bloomington, MN.
• Exposure to semiconductor processes such as lithography, etch, plating, or film deposition.
• Hands-on experience with materials and device characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, AFM, optical microscopy).
• Familiarity with coding or scripting for data analysis and automation.
