TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in the APAC region.
  • Perform detailed whitespace analysis to uncover cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for treasury and risk management modules.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year account plans mapping collaborator hierarchies, budget cycles, and technical roadmaps.
  • Engage with CFOs, Global Treasurers, and Heads of Risk to position hirify.global as the central hub for institutional liquidity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, product, and compliance to lead complex deal negotiations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Senior or Strategic Account Sales within the Enterprise SaaS or Fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
  • Success managing mid-to-long cycle sales processes involving technical discovery and regulatory reviews.
  • Strong understanding of the Treasury and Finance software landscape and blockchain's role in optimizing capital flows.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Elite communication skills for leading high-stakes boardroom presentations.
