TL;DR
Sales Director, Dynamic (Embedded Wallets/Web3): Owning new business acquisition and expansion of Dynamic across EMEA while executing the Dynamic sales motion for embedded, non-custodial wallet infrastructure. Focus on building and maintaining a greenfield pipeline, closing complex enterprise deals end-to-end, and partnering across EMEA sales and internal technical/compliance stakeholders.

What you will do
- Own and execute the Dynamic sales motion across EMEA prospects and customers across fintech, payments, and crypto-native verticals.
- Drive net new and expansion opportunities by partnering with EMEA sales and client-facing teams.
- Close complex enterprise deals from first conversation through contract execution.
- Build and maintain a pipeline in a large greenfield market, including prospecting, territory, and account planning.
- Become a trusted advisor on embedded wallets and non-custodial wallet infrastructure.
- Update and maintain the CRM.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of strong enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, payments, cybersecurity, or web3.
- Proven track record in hunting, creating demand, and closing ARR.
- Experience closing large, complex deals and multi-threading across technical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of relevant verticals, especially financial services, cybersecurity, or digital assets.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and belief in its long-term positive impact on global financial systems.
- Fluent English and comfort with some overlap with US time zones.
