What you will do

• Develop mathematical models (LP, MIP, CP) and algorithms to automate production scheduling.
• Implement scalable optimization algorithms and simulation models using Python to evaluate manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage inventory optimization, including multi-echelon and probabilistic-based strategies.
• Build sourcing decision and replenishment tools to maximize profitability and business growth.
• Conduct POCs and use-case reports on deterministic and probabilistic approaches for supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable OR solutions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations research projects.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Shanghai, China.
