What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ML problems and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and engineer predictive features.
• Develop and train ML models using Python or R and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Integrate ML models into existing systems and optimize them for scalability and real-time performance.
• Monitor deployed model performance and address ethical considerations regarding bias, fairness, and privacy.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and implement security measures to protect models and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models to production environments serving millions of users.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Chengdu, China.
