Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems that can be addressed with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets; engineer features and select suitable algorithms.
• Develop, train, integrate, and deploy machine learning models using Python or R with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Optimize machine learning solutions for scalability, efficiency, large-scale datasets, and real-time applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and other cross-functional partners.
• Document models, implement security measures, address bias, fairness, and privacy, and monitor deployed model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and large-dataset preprocessing.
• Experience developing and deploying production machine learning models serving millions of end users.
• Familiarity with software development practices and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning architectures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of big data tools, platforms, and cloud-based machine learning services.
• Publications or contributions to the machine learning community.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing production machine learning models.
