What you will do

• Organize manpower and resources to execute production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage daily workflow and ensure employees clearly understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Facilitate communication and information flow between upper management and shop floor employees.
• Utilize data analytics and big data to enhance production performance and derive impactful insights.
• Lead the team through digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Must be based in Thailand (Samut Prakan/Teparuk).
• Ability to work on shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; competency in analytics and visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
