Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK. The role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Interpret and operationalize complex EMEA remuneration regulations into practical compensation frameworks.
  • Oversee Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification and the application of deferral, malus, and clawback rules.
  • Lead end-to-end regulatory remuneration disclosures and ensure audit readiness.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management and Boards, acting as Secretary to the EMEA Compensation Committee.
  • Monitor regulatory horizon scanning and conduct gap analyses to update compensation policies.
  • Coordinate annual equal pay reviews and gender pay gap reporting across the EMEA footprint.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in EMEA financial services remuneration regulation within asset management or banking.
  • Deep technical expertise in UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFIDPRU, and CRD.
  • Proven track record of interacting with regulators, audit functions, or governance committees.
  • Experience operating across multiple EMEA jurisdictions with differing regulatory expectations.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory text into practical compensation design.
  • Must be able to comply with the firm's hybrid workplace model (4 days/week in office).
