IAM Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid (Hook, UK), requires presence 30 days per quarter

What you will do

• Own the delivery of AD/AAD identity and access services globally, interfacing with delivery partners to ensure fit-for-purpose implementation.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analysis projects and programs to ensure technical soundness.
• Ensure documentation and change requests adhere to SoX compliance standards.
• Partner with Information Security and application owners to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support L1-3 operational teams and manage access control via Azure PIM.
• Stay abreast of emerging identity technologies and contribute to the internal and external technical community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Expertise in PAM, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD Connect, and Entra ID governance.
• Experience working with public cloud architectures such as Azure and GCP.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale, transformative strategic plans.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills to convey complex technical ideas across all IT levels.
