IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

Location: Hook, UK; hybrid work environment requiring 30 days per quarter

What you will do

• Own Active Directory and Azure Active Directory identity and access delivery, coordinating with external delivery partners.
• Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for IAM across DevOps, TechOps, HR, Information Security, and application-owner teams.
• Ensure IAM documentation, change requests, audit activities, and SOX-related controls are accurate and completed.
• Support major incidents, complex technical problems, IAM initiatives, and Azure PIM access-control operations.
• Work with architects and operational teams to define current and future IAM service requirements.
• Promote security, privacy, data protection, quality assurance, and knowledge sharing across IT.

Requirements

• Experience leading technology projects and delivering complex enterprise solutions in global environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in identity and access management, including privileged access management, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance.
• Experience with public cloud architecture, including Azure or GCP.
• Experience executing large-scale strategic transformation plans.
• Strong facilitation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills across IT teams and third parties.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Hook, UK, with 30 days per quarter in the work environment.
