TL;DR
Junior Associate Director, IT, IAM & PAM Technical Lead (IAM/PAM): Designing and operating enterprise privileged access and identity governance solutions with an accent on PAM platforms, cloud identity, endpoint privilege management, and security controls. Focus on migrating unmanaged privileged access, supporting globally distributed business-critical environments, and leading audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.
Location: London, UK; hybrid working

What you will do
- Design, implement, and support PAM solutions for privileged and non-privileged access across users and target systems.
- Develop and optimize PAM processes, procedures, policies, and operational controls.
- Onboard and migrate local or unmanaged privileged access with Cloud and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide global operational support for PAM platforms, including on-call participation, and collaborate with PAM vendors.
- Support IAM and IGA implementations and manage Endpoint Privilege Management solutions across endpoints and servers.
- Lead IAM/PAM audit, compliance, and regulatory review activities while partnering with Information Security and Security Operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in PAM operations and engineering.
- Strong expertise in enterprise PAM platforms, operational processes, governance, audit, compliance, and security controls.
- Hands-on experience with IAM and IGA solutions and at least one EPM solution.
- Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust, plus Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Azure, AWS, and cloud identity services.
- Experience managing privileged access across infrastructure, operating systems, databases, and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in globally distributed, business-critical environments.
Nice to have
- CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry certification.
- Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) or AWS Certified Security Specialty certification.
