What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify business pain points and define desired outcomes.
• Translate complex business needs into clear solution narratives and scope boundaries.
• Deliver tailored ServiceNow demonstrations to prospects, adapting scenarios in real-time based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with the Greece-based team to prepare demo environments and storyboards.
• Support offer preparation, including input on scope, effort assumptions, risks, and implementation approach.
• Partner with sales and business development to support RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT or enterprise software environments.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and structured discovery.
• Proven ability to deliver product/platform demonstrations and adapt them live.
• Excellent Romanian and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and service operations language.
• Prior exposure to the ServiceNow platform.
