What you will do

  • Own the full commercial cycle for accounts under 300 seats, including qualification, pricing, quoting, and closing.
  • Manage end-to-end renewals across the entire customer base to ensure revenue stability and contract continuity.
  • Develop productized pricing packages and manage all commercial paperwork such as quotes and SOWs.
  • Support the Sales team with scoping, proposal preparation, and qualification.
  • Collaborate directly with Google, AWS, and JumpCloud on pricing, incentives, and partner programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven ability to independently handle pricing, quoting, and negotiations.
  • Experience managing high-volume account books with the ability to prioritize and automate.
  • Familiarity with vendor resell environments (e.g., Google, AWS).
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • English: C1+ required.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
