What you will do

• Plan and execute testing cycles, including defining games, jurisdictions, and schedules.
• Operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms by configuring runs and updating instructions.
• Perform detailed Data QA to review AI outputs, reconcile data, and resolve anomalies.
• Conduct manual testing for scenarios not yet covered by agentic automation.
• Maintain clear methodologies, SOPs, and result documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive blockers to resolution and provide daily status visibility on active testing cycles.

Requirements

• Experience in structured, detail-heavy execution roles.
• Ability to operate AI agentic platforms and refine agent instructions.
• Strong Data QA skills to diagnose trends and reconcile complex data sets.
• Capability to develop and document repeatable SOPs.
• Ability to articulate results and confidence levels to stakeholders without needing engineering escalation.
