What you will do

  • Build a quality management system aimed at reducing production bugs by 50%.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Directors to establish automated testing processes, including unit, API, and end-to-end tests.
  • Integrate testing into the development lifecycle by engaging developers in quality maintenance.
  • Define key quality metrics and test strategies to assess process efficiency and test case effectiveness.
  • Continuously implement and evolve AI-based QA approaches.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a QA engineer, with 5+ years leading teams of 5+ people.
  • Proven track record of establishing and supporting comprehensive testing processes.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in test automation for REST API and UI using a high-level language (C# preferred).
  • Proficiency with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure.
  • Experience with Docker and DevOps practices is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in Europe.

  • Experience in hiring, motivating, and mentoring team members to reach personal goals.
  • Practical experience in integrating automated testing processes.
