What you will do
- Build a quality management system aimed at reducing production bugs by 50%.
- Collaborate with Engineering Directors to establish automated testing processes, including unit, API, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate testing into the development lifecycle by engaging developers in quality maintenance.
- Define key quality metrics and test strategies to assess process efficiency and test case effectiveness.
- Continuously implement and evolve AI-based QA approaches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a QA engineer, with 5+ years leading teams of 5+ people.
- Proven track record of establishing and supporting comprehensive testing processes.
- 5+ years of practical experience in test automation for REST API and UI using a high-level language (C# preferred).
- Proficiency with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure.
- Experience with Docker and DevOps practices is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in Europe.
