TL;DR

Compliance Technical Analyst (Compliance/Monitoring): Monitor compliance-related processes, analyse system behaviour, investigate issues, and support resolution to keep products aligned with evolving regulatory standards. Focus on reviewing technical documentation, analysing monitoring reports to identify compliance risks, and collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders to close incidents within SLAs.

Location: Hybrid (work from home up to 80% of the time; 20% office time)

What you will do

  • Review business specifications, technical designs, and system documentation to support compliance requirements.
  • Monitor daily compliance reports across regulated markets.
  • Investigate issues, analyse root causes, and support resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Track and follow up on reported incidents to ensure timely progress and closure.
  • Analyse monitoring reports to identify potential compliance risks or system gaps.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and improve compliance monitoring processes.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to understand and write complex queries.
  • Ability to understand system architectures, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and interpret monitoring reports.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
