What you will do

• Perform hands-on manual and regression testing for various services.
• Design and execute automated test suites to verify system functionality.
• Identify, report, and track defects, helping developers reproduce and fix errors.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers in an Agile environment.
• Create comprehensive test plans and take responsibility for feature sign-off.
• Act as a quality advocate to improve the overall quality strategy across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong manual and ad-hoc testing skills.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright for automation.
• Experience with Looker CI features and validators.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and GitHub.
• Experience in the salon or beauty industry.
