What you will do

• Execute regular and irregular maintenance, repairs, and standard service actions on hirify.global systems.
• Analyze technical problems by gathering diagnostic info and deciding on the best resolution approach.
• Document and package data for problem resolution and handle handovers to 2nd line support.
• Train customers on equipment use, routine maintenance, and recommend procedure changes.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in processes to report to stakeholders.
• Coach and provide support to less experienced engineers on their initial tasks.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Deep knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
