What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for developer-facing API products and the on-ramp platform.
• Define developer-friendly API specifications and ensure the creation of AI-ready integration documentation.
• Optimize developer onboarding and integration journeys to significantly reduce time-to-first-success.
• Collaborate with clients to surface integration pain points and continuously improve the Developer Experience (DX).
• Drive tooling and quality across APIs, SDKs, error handling, and sandbox/testing flows.
• Define and track key success metrics, including API adoption, activation speed, and developer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, or technical SaaS.
• Proven track record of developing APIs as a product, rather than just integrating them.
• Deep understanding of developer experience principles and API usability.
• Ability to translate complex technical and payment flows into clear requirements and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and comfort discussing technical architecture with engineers.
• Must be based in Spain

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, crypto, or API-first businesses.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, SDKs, or AI-assisted developer tooling.
