What you will do

• Manage all in-house and external service activities for the Power fleet to ensure reliability.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and OEM suppliers.
• Implement process and equipment improvements to increase reliability and service quality.
• Develop, implement, and monitor goals and KPIs to track fleet performance.
• Mentor and coach field technicians as the primary point of contact for equipment issues.
• Complete and present root cause analysis of failed components to management and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing fleets and overseeing industrial maintenance programs.
• Willingness to work in exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, and at heights.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand or be on feet for extended periods.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve complex technical problems.
