What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple large enterprise accounts.
• Define and implement technical strategies to drive widespread adoption of ML & AI.
• Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and integrate Databricks into their strategy.
• Build and nurture a network of technical champions within client organizations.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Wisconsin or Minnesota (Central US).
• Proven track record in pre-sales and helping large enterprises become data-driven.
• Experience managing global accounts with > $1m ARR.
• Strong technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influence decision-makers.
