Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Boston and Hingham, United States. The position is eligible for the Flex persona.

Salary: $158,336.64–$204,600.00 per year, plus variable pay eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners to define and scope technical solutions for the Pharmacy Value Stream.
• Design modern enterprise platforms and Agentic AI tools.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using Python, Java, Claude Code, Google Gemini, and other AI tools.
• Lead technical discussions with business leaders and engineering teams.
• Ensure secure and efficient integration with healthcare and data governance platforms.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience across solution architecture, systems analysis, and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience architecting or building solutions using AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and traditional enterprise architecture.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
