What you will do

• Perform daily troubleshooting and evaluation of wafers and processes within a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
• Conduct SPC monitoring of tools, investigate scrap root causes, and address factory inhibitors.
• Utilize JMP, Excel, and Power BI for data modeling, trending, and dashboard deployment.
• Develop automation workflows using Python and Microsoft Power Automate to enhance engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and equipment engineering teams to advance technology and review tool qualifications.
• Ensure proper process documentation and report key factory issues to management.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN on D Shift (Friday-Sunday and alternating Thursdays).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
