What you will do

• Lead the creation of foundational technologies and innovations for mice, keyboards, and joysticks.
• Design and iterate functional prototypes (PoCs) to validate high-risk concepts and prove hardware viability.
• Apply AI Agent skills to accelerate PoC iterations, optimize system design, and discover new user experience applications.
• Evaluate analog sensing architectures based on performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Manage hardware solutions for analog keyboards through the NPI process to meet sustainability and UX goals.
• Develop specialized test rigs and tools to characterize sensing and analog signal solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Control Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, rapid prototyping, and NPI within the consumer electronics industry.
• Hands-on expertise in rapid PCB layout, micro-soldering, and firmware hacking.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis, design automation, and generative hardware assistance.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V MCU development and hardware interfaces (USB, SPI, I2C, UART).
• English: Fluent proficiency required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Statistical Tolerance Analysis, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, DOE, and 8D methodology.
• Experience with magnetic simulation or actuator control.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools for basic mechanical prototyping integration.
