What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications for patient finding, HCP targeting, and field insights.
• Translate complex commercial business problems into technical solution designs and executable delivery plans.
• Build and test LLM, agentic AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using approved data environments.
• Partner with Data Science and IT teams to productionize, deploy, and support scalable, compliant AI solutions.
• Conduct structured evaluations and pilots of AI tools, including Snowflake Cortex and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounding, hallucination risk, and business KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, machine learning, or applied AI solution development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM/GenAI applications (Agentic workflows, RAG).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph or LlamaIndex, or foundation-model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
• Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience in NA Commercial pharma/biotech with use cases like patient identification or HCP targeting.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (IQVIA, Komodo, EHR) and coding systems (ICD, CPT, NDC).
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field or cloud/ML certifications.
