What you will do

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept to production.
• Prototype fast and validate implementations with real patients and care teams to refine clinical contexts.
• Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Build transparent and trustworthy automation systems that clearly communicate AI actions to patients and providers.
• Champion and optimize system performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• Document and share AI-native workflows and prompts to increase overall engineering team velocity.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in SST, Node, and AWS Services (SQS, EventBridge, Lambda).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and database schema design.
• Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 in an entrepreneurial capacity.
• Ability to work independently and own large areas of the codebase.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.

• Strong experience in building paid products and services.
